Early puberty is a hormone-related development condition where secondary sexual traits appear earlier than expected. It may affect physical growth, social and emotional well-being, and health later in life. A hospital study reviewed children seen from January 2021 through January 2023. The team used medical records and questionnaires to look at diagnosis rates, family background, and daily routines. They found 53 cases among 6,021 children screened. That equals 0.88% of the hospital group. They also chose 53 peers with typical growth and development, matched by age and sex, for comparison.

Then the team compared basic background details, family factors, and everyday habits. The two groups looked similar on the main demographic measures. The early-puberty group did show more family or routine patterns worth noting. Their parents were more often in an unstable marital situation. Their mothers had less formal education, and more mothers worked outside the home. Parents also spent less time with their children.

The same pattern showed up in daily life. Children in the early-puberty group tended to go to bed later, exercise less each week, and choose screen entertainment with stronger emotional appeal. A correlation check supported these links between selected family factors, lifestyle choices, and diagnosis status. Because the work came from one hospital and used past records, it points to connections in that patient group rather than one simple cause.
