Meet Victoria Kjær Theilvig from Denmark. She's just made history as the first Danish contestant to win Miss Universe. The ceremony kicked off with a lively performance by 131 mariachi musicians and Taboo from the Black Eyed Peas. They played "Mexicana, " a song created especially for the event by Emilio Estefan. Victoria, who works in the diamond trade and is an animal protection advocate, beat out Miss Nigeria and Miss Mexico to claim the top spot. She's the shining star of Denmark now, and organizers are excited about the impact she'll make as Miss Universe.
