Elisabeth Finch, who once worked on the popular TV show ‘Grey’s Anatomy,’ has come clean about lying. She admitted to making up stories about her health and personal life while on the job. A new docuseries called ‘Anatomy of Lies’ on Peacock is based on these lies. It started with a story from Vanity Fair in May 2022. Finch said she lied about having a rare bone cancer, among other things. On the day the docuseries was released, she posted on Instagram saying she had no reason for people to believe her. She apologized and said she lied about serious issues that many people face in real life. Finch also said she has been getting mental health treatment for nearly three years. Her ex-wife, Jennifer Beyer, appears in the series and talks about ignoring warning signs in their relationship. Finch said she loved Beyer and her kids, but her biggest mistake was not being honest from the start. She said there’s no excuse for her lies and that she wants to make things right. Finch first admitted to lying in an interview with The Ankler in December 2022. She said she started lying due to lack of support after an injury. She resigned from ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ and sought help before an investigation could start.
