Carlos Garcia, the general manager, said the location is prime. It has lots of traffic and parking. The family explored many ideas for the space. They wanted the right tenant to bring it back to life. Garcia mentioned the working name was Putts and Pints. But the final name could change. Garcia has fond memories of the old Putt-Putt.
