A UFC Brawl at the White House?
USAFri Jul 04 2025
In 2026, the White House might host a UFC fight. This is part of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. President Donald Trump announced this at a rally in Iowa. He wore a red "USA" hat. He said the UFC will build an octagon on the White House grounds. He also said the event will have a big crowd, maybe 20, 000 to 25, 000 people.
The UFC is planning this event. They confirmed it but did not give more details. America250 is the group in charge of the anniversary celebrations. They want to bring people together and celebrate America's history.
Dana White, the UFC CEO, is a big Trump supporter. He has attended many UFC events with Trump. White even spoke at the 2020 Republican National Convention. He praised Trump's leadership and economic policies.
In 2023, UFC and WWE merged under TKO Group Holdings. Endeavor, the parent company, owns most of TKO's stock. This merger shows how big the UFC has become.
Trump and White have a strong friendship. They have worked together for years. Trump helped the UFC when it was not popular. White has always supported Trump publicly.
This event could be a big deal. It mixes sports, politics, and history. But some people might not like the idea of a fight at the White House. It could be seen as disrespectful or too commercial.
