He also called for an end to such hatred and radicalism in the U. S. Noem herself responded to the attack on social media. She wrote, "Two Israeli Embassy staff were senselessly killed. We are actively investigating and working to get more information to share. Please pray for the families of the victims. " She also vowed to bring the perpetrator to justice.
