The case is part of a set of lawsuits filed by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee on behalf of several alleged victims spanning from 2000 to 2021. Combs has pleaded not guilty to federal criminal charges and is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
