App Upgrade: Watching Your Health Just Got Easier

Sat Dec 21 2024
Ever wondered how well your body is ready for a workout or a good rest? Gentler Streak, a popular wellness tracker, just got better. With its latest update, version 5. 1, users can now see their health trends over 7 or 14 days. Before, you could only get a 10-day look. But it's not just the time frame that's improved – the app's heart rate variability (HRV) calculations have also gotten more accurate with the new RMSSD method. But wait, there’s more! Even if you’re not tracking menstrual cycles, these updates are super useful for understanding your daily readiness. New metrics have been added, like previous cycle lengths and variations over a year. Plus, if you're going through perimenopause, the app can adapt to your needs. After updating, just allow “Beat-to-beat Measurements” for even better data. Sleep’s a big part of health, right? Now, your Apple Watch can log overnight metrics right into the Sleep Stages chart. That’s your sleeping heart rate, HRV, oxygen levels, and more, all visible in the Short-Term Overview charts. Pretty neat, huh?
