About half think folks are too worried about offending others, while nearly the same number say people say whatever they want without thinking. Some say words that were normal years ago now get people in trouble fast. Others argue that canceling people for small mistakes is taking things too far.Views on traditional gender roles are just as divided. Almost half say going back to the 1950s-style family and work roles would hurt the country. Others think it would help or wouldn’t matter at all.
