Bear Trio Crashes Halloween Party

Erin Chester from Asheville, North Carolina, got an unexpected Halloween treat when her doorbell camera caught three black bear cubs devouring her family's Halloween pumpkins and Amazon packages. The young bears, known as bruins, didn't seem too picky about their choice of snacks. They first ripped open the Amazon boxes, probably hoping for a tasty surprise inside. Then, they turned their attention to the pumpkins meant for Halloween decorations. Two of the cubs even played a little game of tug-of-war with one of the pumpkins while the third bear enjoyed its own gourd. The show ended with one of the bears carrying away the last pumpkin like a party favor. Wildlife experts say bears are no strangers to front porch visits, especially when they're hungry. Last year, a bear in Orlando, Florida, made headlines for stealing a Taco Bell delivery right off someone's doorstep. This goes to show that bears can be pretty clever when it comes to finding food. Maybe it's a good idea to keep our Halloween treats inside until the big day, just to avoid any bearish surprises.
