The 2026 Stagecoach Country Music Festival will feature a sizzling lineup of celebrity chefs and music stars who will cook up tasty treats for fans. The event, held from April 24 to 26 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, will see Guy Fieri hosting his own stage and a tent full of barbecue stands. Fans can watch the cooking demos, mingle with the stars, and grab free samples. Guy Fieri announced the guests in a March 4 Instagram post. He promised “the best pitmasters” and more artist cooking demos, hinting that the festival will be a food lover’s paradise. The schedule breaks down as follows: on Friday, April 24, the guests will be Nate Smith, Chase Rice and rapper BigXthaPlug. Saturday’s lineup includes Gavin Rossdale of Bush, Gavin Adcock, actor Billy Bob Thornton and country legend Wynonna Judd. Sunday’s guests are Wyatt Flores and Brett Young.Thornton will also perform with his band, the Boxmasters, and stars in “Landman, ” a series created by Taylor Sheridan. Sheridan’s work has appeared at Stagecoach before, adding an extra layer of excitement for fans. The cooking demos usually happen twice a day in the afternoon, before the main acts take the stage. Fieri’s team of pitmasters and his own sons, Hunter and Ryder, help bring the barbecue to life. The festival follows Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, which runs in the two weeks prior at the same venue.
