Lively's team wants to find out more about how Wallace does his job and what he did to distract from the serious claims against Baldoni. Lively's team also wants to look at phone and internet records. They believe these records will show who was involved in the plan to harm Lively and how it was done. This includes finding out who was talking to whom and when. Baldoni's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, thinks Lively's team is just looking for any information they can find to support their claims.
