From 270 healthcare professionals, they found that things like transparency, being supportive, and having good leaders matter a lot. These things build trust and make employees happier with their jobs. And when employees are happy and trust their workplace, they are more likely to stick around. This is super important for keeping healthcare services steady.
Think about it - when staff are loyal, they are less likely to leave, which can save money and time for the organization. Plus, happy employees usually do a better job, which means better care for patients. So, it's a win-win for everyone.
But here’s something to consider - how do you measure organizational culture? It's not as simple as counting pills or checking temperatures. It's about the feeling and atmosphere in the workplace. And that can vary a lot from one place to another. This study gives us some clues, but there's still a lot we don't know.
