Brandy and Monica Team Up for Epic Tour
USATue Jun 24 2025
Brandy and Monica are back together, and fans are in for a treat. They are going on their first-ever joint tour, called "The Boy Is Mine Tour, " starting October 16th in Cincinnati. The tour will hit 24 cities across the U. S. , including big names like Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and New York, wrapping up on December 7th in Houston.
This isn't just any tour. It's a big deal because it's been almost 30 years since their hit song "The Boy Is Mine" topped the charts. The tour is produced by Black Promoters Collective and will feature some amazing special guests. Kelly Rowland, Muni Long, and Jamal Roberts will all join them on stage. These artists have made big waves in the music industry, with Kelly Rowland winning four Grammys and Muni Long dropping a new album last summer.
Brandy and Monica have been reflecting on how far they've come. Brandy said this tour is more than just a reunion; it's a celebration of their growth and the love their fans have shown them. Monica agreed, saying the tour is a tribute to their history and the impact they've had on music.
The tour announcement came with a cool short film directed by Ethan Tobman, who has worked with big names like Beyoncé and Taylor Swift. The film shows Brandy and Monica using their powerful voices to break free from a "maximum sound asylum, " which is a creative way to show their journey.
Last year, Brandy and Monica got Grammy nominations for their featured turn on Ariana Grande's remix of "The Boy Is Mine. " The song reached number 16 on the Hot 100, and the music video featured all three ladies, plus Penn Badgley.
Tickets for the tour go on sale this Friday at 10 a. m. local time on Ticketmaster. If you want to get them early, there's a presale on Thursday using the code "BPC. "
