Brooklyn Man Arrested for Fatal Stabbing Near Home

Detectives apprehended a 31-year-old man, Tristan Matthews, in connection with a deadly stabbing that occurred on Sept. 15 in Brooklyn. The victim, Joshua Wahhab, was a 30-year-old fitness enthusiast who had just started two new jobs—one at a gym and another at a Whole Foods Market. He was only about a mile from his home when the argument and subsequent stabbing unfolded. Witnesses found the sidewalk drenched in blood after the brawl.
