Tuesday and Wednesday mornings might see similar wind chills. Without wind chills, the highs are expected to be around 8 degrees on Monday and 5 degrees on Tuesday, with lows at 4 degrees below zero for both days. The weather might warm up slightly by Wednesday, with highs reaching 17 degrees.
