Bundle Up, Theme Park Fans! Chilly Morning Ahead
Florida, USAWed Jan 22 2025
Hey, theme park lovers! Here's a heads-up for your Wednesday morning adventure at Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort. The National Weather Service has dropped a Cold Weather Advisory for January 22, affecting areas like Inland Volusia, Northern Lake, Orange, Seminole, and Southern Lake counties. Both resorts call Orange county home.
Brace yourselves for some chilly winds and temperatures dipping as low as 25 degrees Fahrenheit. The advisory runs from 1 a. m. to 9 a. m. on Wednesday. So, make sure to grab your cozy hat and gloves before you head out.
Disney's Blizzard Beach water park is closed today and expected to reopen tomorrow. But with these freezing temps, there's a chance the closure might extend. Stay tuned to WDW News Today on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram for the latest updates.
