Tiffany Henyard, Dolton's mayor, is funding her own re-election campaign, with no outside contributions except for her loans. Her opponent, Jason House, has raised around $20, 000 from various sources, including contributions from local officials and a law firm. Henyard, who is also under federal scrutiny, hasn't received any campaign contributions since spring 2023. House's campaign had about $23, 700 to spend at the end of September.
In Orland Park, Mayor Keith Pekau has a significant amount to spend on his campaign, with nearly $138, 000 available. His team, People Over Politics, received large contributions from candidates and a law firm. They will face the Orland Park For All ticket, led by former trustee Jim Dodge, who recently formed their party and collected over $6, 500 in contributions.
Tinley Park Mayor Michael Glotz has a substantial war chest, with around $177, 000 available. His party, One Tinley Park, has over $231, 000 to spend. They will compete against the newly formed Tinley Together party, led by mayoral candidate Michael Maloney, but no finance reports have been filed for this group yet.
