Canada and India Kick Out Diplomats: What's the Story?

Things between Canada and India are pretty tense. Both countries have kicked out each other's top diplomats. This is all about the killing of a Sikh activist named Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada last year. Canada thinks India might be involved, but India says no way.
