Celebrating Handmade Art in a Digital World
Manhattan, New York, USAWed Jun 03 2026
A quiet shift will happen on June 11 at the fifth floor of a Manhattan building. Artists who paint, sculpt and mix media will show their work in an evening that says the human touch still matters.
The event is part of a larger yearly program that helps living artists reach new audiences worldwide. It isn’t a protest against technology; it simply shows what people can create with their own hands today.
The show will feature ten different art styles, from precise drawings to expressive realism. Each piece was chosen by a panel of experts who looked at skill, originality and how well the artist used their medium.
People often think handmade art is old-fashioned in our tech‑heavy age, but the organizers argue that real meaning comes from a unique person making something at a specific time. No computer can replicate that story.
Attendees will spend three and a half hours in a room surrounded by works that were carefully selected because they stand out. The experience is meant to remind us why we care about art made by real people.
The exhibition runs from 6:00 to 9:30 p. m. , and it’s open to anyone who wants to see how much energy goes into a single painting or sculpture.
