Celebrities and Stars Shine at Knicks' Season Kickoff
New York, USAThu Oct 23 2025
New York's basketball season is in full swing, and with it comes a star-studded crowd at Madison Square Garden. The Knicks' home opener drew a mix of athletes, actors, and musicians, all eager to see the team take on the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Among the notable faces was Aaron Judge, the Yankees' slugger known for his impressive 53 home runs and leading MLB with a 1. 144 OPS. Judge, along with his wife Samantha Bracksieck, enjoyed the game from courtside seats. The couple, who married in 2021 and welcomed their first child this year, have managed to stay relatively private despite the bright lights of New York.
Judge wasn't the only baseball star in attendance. Yankees pitchers Cam Schlittler and Devin Williams also made an appearance. The evening also included a special moment when Judge posed for a photo with Knicks legend Carmelo Anthony and Karl-Anthony Towns' father.
The Knicks weren't the only New York team represented. Giants rookie Cam Skattebo, who has been a standout player this season with six touchdowns and plenty of energy, was also there. When his image appeared on the MSG scoreboard during the second half, the crowd went wild.
The celebrity lineup didn't stop there. Actor Ben Stiller and his wife Christine Taylor were spotted enjoying the game. Musicians Fat Joe and Ed Sheeran sat in the first row, while comedians Jimmy Fallon and Tracy Morgan added to the lively atmosphere.
The Knicks' strong start, leading by 15 points at halftime, added to the excitement. It was a night filled with high-energy performances, both on and off the court.
