In a twist that caught many off guard, several well‑known Hollywood figures have been linked to a puzzling voter registration issue in Los Angeles. Reports say that some of these stars may have used the address of a West Hollywood office, run by financial adviser Michael Ullman, as their official residence on voter forms. The address in question is Suite 600 on Sunset Boulevard, which doubles as a business location for Platinum Financial Management. The confusion began when the Daily Mail highlighted that 36 people registered at this suite. The names mentioned include Jennifer Aniston, Jenna Dewan, Katheryn Winnick, Nicollette Sheridan, Laura Harrier, Matt Czuchry, Debbie Gibson and Hamish Linklater. Ullman confirmed that his clients sometimes use the office for mail, but he insisted they do not actually live there. “It’s just a mailing address, ” he said, adding that voters cast ballots in their true districts.County officials, however, believe the registrations were recorded as residential addresses instead of just mailing ones. According to Los Angeles County guidance, voters should list their place of residence, while business locations can only serve as mailing points. The registrar’s office is currently reviewing the records to determine whether any rules were broken. Experts warn that listing a false residence could amount to perjury, since voters sign their registrations under penalty of lying. Election attorney Amber Hulse pointed out that if a celebrity claims the office as home when it is not, they could face legal consequences. The matter remains under investigation, and no evidence shows that any of the listed individuals actually voted through the West Hollywood office in recent elections. A spokesperson from the Registrar-Recorder office said they are continuing to examine the situation. The building also contains residential units, which might have added complexity to the review.
