Celebrity Guesses Split Across Albums, Bond, Politics, and Big Brother

Public guesses are landing in odd places right now. People seem bullish on a possible first-week sales range for Miley Cyrus’s Bass Persuades. They also reject a lower range and another separate sales band. That split makes the music forecast less simple than a plain yes-or-no guess.

The Bond casting debate is much clearer. Aaron Taylor-Johnson, James Norton, and Paul Mescal all face overwhelming rejection as candidates for the role. Expectations appear strongly bearish toward every listed name.

Politics looks more mixed. Gavin Newsom and Pete Buttigieg seem to have strengthening support for early presidential announcements. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s path is more contested, though the slight edge still points toward an announcement. This is where public opinion appears least settled.

Reality television produces some of the strongest predictions. Melody Morris is the clear eviction favorite in Big Brother, while Drew Campbell and Taylor Brown face overwhelming rejection. The favored name stands apart from the others, who face strong rejection.

Google search expectations are also bearish toward Matt Damon, Robert Downey Jr., and Kanye West. People do not currently expect any of them to lead Google searches. That leaves a useful question: how much should a public guess count before the actual result arrives?
