Chiefs Keep Rolling: Beat Saints 26-13, Stay Undefeated

Derek Carr, playing his 18th game against the Chiefs, faced another tough night. He's now 3-15 against them, with a 1-9 record against Patrick Mahomes. To make matters worse, Carr left the game early with an oblique injury.
Before the Chiefs took on the Saints, there was another Kansas City victory to celebrate. The Royals beat the Yankees, setting the tone for the night. The Chiefs maintained their undefeated streak, winning 26-13, while the Saints suffered their third straight loss, dropping to 2-3.
Despite not playing their best, the Chiefs managed to outgain the Saints 460-220 in yardage. However, they only scored touchdowns twice and settled for field goals four times. Harrison Butker missed one field goal attempt, and Mahomes threw an interception in the end zone.
Mahomes completed 28 of 39 passes for 331 yards and an interception. JuJu Smith-Schuster caught seven passes for 130 yards, while Travis Kelce had nine catches for 70 yards. Xavier Worthy and Kareem Hunt both scored rushing touchdowns.
Carr was 18 for 28 with 165 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception before exiting due to a hit by Chamarri Conner. Rashid Shaheed and Foster Moreau caught touchdown passes from Carr. Alvin Kamara managed only 26 rushing yards but added 40 receiving yards.
