Childish Gambino's Tour Halt: A Health Priority

Childish Gambino has decided to cancel his New World Tour, which he had paused last month. The musician needed time to focus on his health. Today, on X, Childish Gambino shared that after his show in New Orleans, he went to the hospital in Houston for some checks. It turned out he wasn't well enough to perform that night or the rest of the US tour. He now has surgery scheduled and needs time to recover. Childish Gambino will refund tickets for the canceled shows. His last performance was on September 7 at New Orleans’ Smoothie King Center. The North American shows from September 8 to October 2 are also canceled. The European leg of his tour, scheduled from October 31 to December 5, is affected too. We're trying to find out about the Oceania concerts planned for January and February 2025. Childish Gambino wants to perform but needs time to heal.
