The DC area is in for a chilly weekend. Saturday is looking sunny and dry, but don't expect it to feel warm. Temperatures will only make it to the low to mid-40s. The good news is that the wind won't be as strong as it was on Friday, so it won't feel quite as cold as it could. As the day turns to night, clouds will start to roll in. Sunday is expected to be mostly overcast. There's a small chance of a passing shower, but most places should stay dry. Temperatures might reach the low 50s, but it's not guaranteed. The Washington Commanders are playing at home on Sunday evening against the Denver Broncos. It's going to be a cold game, with temperatures in the low 40s. Fans should bundle up if they plan to be at the stadium. The cold weather isn't going away anytime soon. Another weather system is expected to bring rain and possibly even snow showers on Tuesday morning. Most of the DC area will see cold rain throughout the day. In the early morning, there's a chance of snow mixing with the rain. Temperatures will be in the mid-30s. By afternoon, the rain will continue, but temperatures will only climb to around 40 degrees. It's going to be a cold and wet day.
