USAWed Mar 11 2026
The 2026 NCAA Tournament will kick off next week with a new mix of familiar and fresh voices in the broadcast booth. Former Michigan star Chris Webber returns as a game analyst, joining Brandon Gaudin and Andy Katz to cover the first two rounds. Webber’s experience on the court translates into insightful commentary, and his presence brings a touch of history to this year’s games. Studio hosts will shift locations. In New York, Adam Zucker and Nate Burleson lead the CBS coverage alongside Charles Barkley, Clark Kellogg, and Kenny Smith. Across the country, Adam Lefkoe hosts from Atlanta’s TNT studio with Bruce Pearl, Jamal Mashburn, Jalen Rose, and Seth Davis. For the Final Four in Indianapolis, Ernie Johnson takes the reins.
The tournament starts with the First Four on March 17‑18, leading into the Final Four from April 4‑6. Legendary play‑by‑play man Dick Vitale will debut his first NCAA game this season, teaming up with Brian Anderson and Charles Barkley during the second First Four match in Dayton. Fans can follow every moment on the March Madness Live app, a single hub for scores, stats, and commentary. Before the ball is tipped, the NCAA Selection Show airs at 6 p. m. ET on Sunday. CBS broadcasts the show live, revealing seedings and matchups for all 68 teams. This broadcast sets the stage for a season of surprises, upsets, and unforgettable moments on the court.
