Costner Shopping Rumors Bring Old Romance Questions Back

Kevin Costner is facing fresh dating speculation after people spotted him in Santa Barbara, California. The 71-year-old actor was seen inside a local Albertsons with Jennifer Milburn, a 40-year-old lifestyle coach. Photos showed the two smiling as they moved through the store and later into the parking lot. They also took turns pushing the cart.

Costner kept the look relaxed in white jeans, a white collared shirt, flip-flops, and dark sunglasses. Milburn wore cutoff denim shorts, a long-sleeve white button-up, brown sandals, and sunglasses. Her long blonde hair was tied back in a ponytail. A representative for Costner was asked for comment.

This is not the first time Costner has been linked to someone in a rumored romance. In December 2023, photos showed country singer Jewel sitting on his lap while he had his arms around her waist. Costner later addressed the rumors on The Howard Stern Show in June 2024. He said the pictures were taken on Richard Branson’s private island, Necker Island, and that he did not know Jewel would be there until he was already on the plane.

He also made one thing clear. Costner said he and Jewel are friends, not a couple, and he did not want rumors to damage their friendship. He said she is special to him and beautiful enough to date, but that they have never gone out. That answer raised a new question for fans: was this latest outing friendship, or did the gossip have more to it?
