Denise Richards Seeks Protection from Ex-Husband

Denise Richards, known for her role in "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, " has taken legal action against her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers. She claims he has been abusive throughout their marriage. The court has granted her a temporary restraining order. Richards says Phypers has hurt her in many ways. She claims he choked her, squeezed her head and arms, slapped her, and even slammed her head into a towel rack. She also says he threatened to kill her. On top of that, she claims he hacked into her phone and laptop to read her messages. Phypers denies all these accusations. He says he has never abused Richards or anyone else. He admits their marriage has had challenges, but he insists he has always treated her with love and respect. Richards says she was scared to report Phypers to the police. She claims he threatened to harm himself and her if she did. She even included a photo of herself with a black eye in her court filing. This all comes after Phypers filed for divorce from Richards. They got married in 2018 and do not have any children together.
