A new mobile application was built to assist mothers facing complicated pregnancies. The project wanted to offer tailored guidance and direct users toward proper medical and social resources. Testing happened over two weeks at University Women's Hospital in Heidelberg. This real-world setting helped researchers measure actual usage potential and gather honest feedback.

The research blended face-to-face conversations with written questionnaires to capture diverse perspectives. Thirty participants shared their thoughts in depth through detailed interviews. An additional group of thirty filled out structured surveys about their app experience. Numbers from both groups fed into comprehensive statistical analyses. Researchers checked for patterns using standard tests and correlation measures to validate findings.

Results showed strong performance across most metrics. The system usability score reached eighty points with a wide range indicating ease of use. Overall satisfaction measured even higher at one hundred eleven points showing positive reception. Knowledge about local health providers rose by one point point three demonstrating improved awareness. Some obstacles did exist though. Technical issues disrupted access sometimes causing frustration. Finding the right path through menus proved tricky for many. Personalization levels varied across different users creating uneven experiences. Regional healthcare connections were incomplete in certain areas limiting reach.
