Disney Cruise Line Brings Fresh Fun and Frozen Magic to Summer Sailings

As the summer season sets sail, Disney Cruise Line is rolling out a fresh lineup of shows and themed experiences designed to keep guests entertained from the moment they step aboard. On Alaska voyages, the Wonder and Magic will host a new Frozen sing‑along event on the upper deck. Guests can join Anna, Elsa and Kristoff as they guide everyone through the story of the original film while song lyrics appear on screen. The sing‑along is part of a full day of Frozen‑themed activities, including a family scavenger hunt called Anna’s Fun Hunt, an atrium dance celebration named Oaken’s Maypole Swirl & Twirl, and a dining experience featuring Nordic dishes inspired by the movie. Another highlight is the Broadway Star Series, which will appear on select sailings of the Wonder and Magic. Curated by Susan Egan and Adam J. Levy, this series brings live performances from Broadway and West End talent to the ship’s stage, offering backstage insights into theatrical production.All ships will now feature the new Let’s Set Sail deck show, a signature opening performance hosted by Captain Mickey and Captain Minnie. The show welcomes guests with music and character appearances, and the lineup varies from ship to ship. The lineup also expands with Mickey’s Color Spin Dance Party, debuting on the Wonder and soon moving to Magic. This event lets passengers dance along with Mickey and friends against a spinning color wheel, featuring fresh twists on classic Disney songs. Later in the season, select cruises will introduce Mickey & Minnie’s Pirates in the Caribbean, a pirate‑themed night complete with interactive music and character costumes. The ship’s pirate activities will also evolve, including a new group‑friendly version of the Match Your Mate game called Match Your Matey.
