Feeling a bit chilly? So is Disney's Blizzard Beach water park! They've decided to keep the gates closed for a couple more days as Central Florida continues to experience some unusually cold temperatures. Initially slated to reopen on January 22, the park will now remain closed until Friday, January 24. But don't worry, they're planning a grand reopening on Saturday, January 25, from 10 a. m. to 5 p. m. The weather forecast isn't exactly inviting for a dip in the pool. Today, expect a high of 50°F and a low of 42°F. Thursday will be even colder, with a high of 49°F and a low of 36°F. Friday will see a slight warm-up, with a high of 57°F and a low of 35°F. This isn't the first time this month that Blizzard Beach has had to close its doors due to the cold snap. Over at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, the water park is currently closed for the season.
