FEMA's Funds: Migrants vs. Disasters?

Some people are also worried about donations and volunteers. They think FEMA might be turning them away or even taking supplies meant for survivors. But FEMA says no, they don't do that. They want people to know scammers sometimes pretend to be from FEMA to get money or supplies.
