Filipino Siblings Serve Ube Treats at Milwaukee Market

Every Sunday a bright stall appears at the Shorewood Farmers Market. The stand is run by two kids who bake in their home kitchen. Their names are Miles and Zelda Quimpo. They are Filipino siblings who love sweet flavors.

Their father Mike moved the family to Milwaukee last year to launch the business. He noticed few Filipino food spots in the city. He wanted to share the food and culture with local people. The family sees the market as a way to connect.
