By increasing awareness and providing clear career pathways, we can encourage more individuals to explore these professions. Career and technical education programs play a vital role in preparing students for trade careers. Strengthening CTE pathways in our high schools and beyond will ensure our workforce is equipped to meet local labor market demands. Our flagship internship program at Dubiski Career High School has produced skilled technicians who now hold supervisory roles. Through these initiatives, we've created a pipeline of skilled trades talent to fill the workforce gap.
