FinTech & Bank Growth: Exploring the TOPSIS Approach

But the banking sector faces complex challenges due to the many factors involved. This research dives into these challenges and shows how we can make smart decisions using a special tool called the Entropy-Weighted Method with TOPSIS. The study looked at eleven key things and eight possible options in banks. These options help in understanding how FinTech, HR abilities, service innovation, and company growth work together. The core findings indicated that using the entropy-TOPSIS method provides a clear way to analyze and rank these options. This helps in making well-informed decisions for the future of the banking sector. One of the exciting outcomes of this research is identifying the best path forward among the options reviewed. This brings new insights into how FinTech, HR competencies, service innovation, and firm growth can shape the future of banks.
