Florida Shooting: Halloween Night Turns Deadly

The footage from surveillance cameras showed the crowds near East Central Boulevard and North Orange Avenue when the unthinkable happened. The suspect pulled out a gun and started shooting into the crowd, injuring eight and killing two. One more person was hurt as people tried to escape.
