The Environment Journal has just welcomed two new experts to its Advisory Board. This group is key to the journal's success. It's made up of industry professionals who share their knowledge and ideas. They help the journal stay relevant and informative.
The Advisory Board does more than just give advice. They challenge the journal's team to think differently. They also help spot new chances to grow and connect with more people. Over time, they've given lots of specialized advice. This has helped the journal focus on important topics like clean technology, cutting carbon, cleaning up the environment, and ESG in Canada.
In return, the board members get to share their expertise with a big audience. They also get to go to some top industry events. Plus, they stay up-to-date on the latest news in the field.
The journal's parent company recently merged with a big B2B platform. This means the journal can reach even more readers in 2026. It's an exciting time for the journal and its Advisory Board.
Let's meet the two new members. Erin Ciezki is the executive director of the Environmental Services Association of Alberta. She has a lot of experience in real estate, property management, and working with water and wastewater operators. She's also worked with Canada Customs and Revenue Agency. At ESAA, she manages member activities and big events like RemTech.
Eric Meliton is another new member. He's a big name in sustainability and clean technology. He's worked in water and wastewater tech, manufacturing, and environmental innovation. He leads sustainability efforts at Wilfrid Laurier University. He also advises private-sector clients through his work with Echion Group. His work includes research and writing about sustainability, infrastructure, and new environmental technologies.
