Hard Floors? Meet Your New Cleaning Buddy
Sat Apr 05 2025
The Roborock F25 ACE is a wet and dry vacuum designed to handle messes on hard floors. It's part of a line of wet-dry vacuums from the company. This model is particularly good at mopping and vacuuming hard floors. It has a powerful roller mop and strong suction, making it a favorite for keeping kitchens, bathrooms, and entryways clean. It's not exactly cheap, though. It costs $550. 00. It's not fully automated, either. You'll still need to empty its dirty water tank after each use to avoid bad smells. You'll also need to refill its clean water tank and replace the roller mop from time to time.
The F25 ACE is built to make mopping easier. It has a lightweight design and dual brushless motors that move it smoothly along the floor. It has multiple power settings, so you can adjust it for different types of messes. It also has a built-in sensor that detects dirt levels in real-time and shows you the information on a display. This way, you know when each part of your home is clean and don't have to guess if you need to go over an area again.
The F25 ACE has a built-in detergent dispenser for tough stains. It can lay flat to reach under furniture and has scrapers to prevent tangles and streaks. It cleans right up to the edges, leaving just a 1mm gap. This means it does a better job in tight spaces and reduces the need for second passes. It works well on various floors, including tile, LVP, and vinyl. No streaks or residue have been noticed so far.
After use, the F25 ACE has a docking station that cleans, dries, and charges it. The self-cleaning process starts with washing the mop with hot water, which can be noisy. Then, it dries the mop with hot air to prevent bad smells. You can track the process with a mobile app. Manual tasks are limited to emptying the dirty water tank and replacing the roller mop. The F25 ACE keeps your hands clean during use, which is a big improvement over traditional mopping.
The F25 ACE is a great choice for upgrading mopping chores. It offers a superior clean and saves time with its self-cleaning abilities. However, it's not suitable for homes with both hard floors and carpets. For those, a more automated option like the Roborock Saros 10R might be better, though it's more expensive. But for homes with mostly hard floors, the F25 ACE is a great combination of performance and automation. It's easy to use thanks to its motors and effective roller mop. Once done, the dock takes care of the rest. If the price is a concern, there are other options in the F25 lineup that cost around half as much.
