Hasbro Shifts HQ to West Hollywood for New Creative Hub

West Hollywood, CA, USAWed May 06 2026
Hasbro is moving its entertainment team of about 100 people to a new office in West Hollywood next year. The company will occupy more than 31, 000 square feet on the third and part of the fourth floor of The Lot at Formosa. This location is part of a larger campus that already hosts other entertainment names like Miramax and Live Nation. The move means the company will leave its current 80, 000‑square‑foot space on Empire Avenue in Burbank. That space had housed both consumer products and entertainment operations. By joining The Lot, Hasbro will be closer to partners it works with daily and can tap into the campus’s seven sound stages.
Kim Boyd, president of global licensing and entertainment at Hasbro, said the relocation is a “new chapter” that puts teams in the heart of West Hollywood. Hasbro’s upcoming projects include a Monopoly film with Margot Robbie’s LuckyChap, a G. I. Joe movie at Paramount, and a Netflix series based on the board game Clue. The company’s last two major releases were Paramount’s Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, which earned $205 million worldwide, and Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, which made $441 million in 2023.
