Hebron's New Sports Hub Brings Courts, Fields, and Beer to One Place

A brand-new sports and entertainment complex called The Bend NKY just opened its doors in Hebron. The facility sits on a roughly 5.3-acre plot at 1930 Conrad Lane and already includes seven indoor pickleball courts, two indoor soccer fields, comfortable seating areas, private event rooms, a bar with an outdoor patio, a mezzanine viewing space, and food trucks that rotate through the site.

An outdoor soccer field is scheduled for later this year, while The Backyard at The Bend — an outdoor beer garden — is planned to open by mid-2027. The project came together because the land's previous owner had held onto the Conrad Lane property for about eight years before a multi-use bike path running through it sparked the idea for the entire development.

Co-founder Brad Trauth explained that the goal was never just about building courts and fields. He wanted something bigger — a true active lifestyle destination where visitors could gather, stay moving, and form real connections with one another. The concept leans heavily into community sports, recreation, and shared experiences.

The indoor spaces are also available for private bookings, covering occasions like birthday parties, team getaways, and corporate events. It all adds up to a versatile venue designed to serve families, groups, and individuals alike.
