How Gender Shapes Future Entrepreneurs in Uganda

In Uganda, young adults are increasingly looking to start their own businesses. But does gender play a role in who decides to become an entrepreneur? A recent study focused on final-year university students to find out. The study looked at students at Mbarara University of Science and Technology. It aimed to see if there were differences between male and female students when it came to wanting to start a business. The findings could help understand how gender impacts entrepreneurial dreams.
