Indian business schools are seeing a big jump in global job offers. Companies from the UAE, US, Canada, and even Saudi Arabia are hiring more Indian management graduates. For the 2025 batch, many students got job offers in the US, Canada, and the Middle East. These jobs are in tech, logistics, finance, and mobility sectors. Employers want candidates who are good at data-driven decisions and digital strategies. The average salary for these global jobs is around Rs. 64 lakh per year. Some even got offers crossing Rs. 1 crore! The average salary for all roles is about Rs. 33. 39 lakh, while the top 25% earned nearly Rs. 55 lakh. Jobs were in consulting, product management, consumer tech, finance, venture capital, and strategy roles. Over 90% of students accepted full-time job offers before their final term.
Back home, job opportunities are also strong. The average salary is around Rs. 30. 72 lakh. Many students got leadership roles like Chief of Staff and Entrepreneur-in-Residence. This shows that employers are interested in early-career strategic talent. Many B-schools, including Masters’ Union, saw a rise in such roles. Over 60 campus recruitment drives happened, with many new recruiters joining in. Entrepreneurship is also growing on campus. More than 35 students started new ventures. Some of these startups even made money and appeared on national pitch platforms. This shows a shift toward venture-building and experimentation among Indian management graduates. Experts say global hiring patterns are changing. Employers are now open to considering graduates from a wider range of business schools. They want people with strong skills in technology, digital transformation, and strategic thinking. These trends show that Indian B-schools are adapting to meet new skill requirements. With companies expanding in the Middle East, North America, and Southeast Asia, Indian management graduates will have even more opportunities in the future.
