The 32-year-old DJ and reality TV personality was apprehended by Burbank police on Tuesday night after they responded to a call about an argument between Kennedy and a woman. He was later released on bail. The police report from Burbank explains that Kennedy allegedly lifted the woman and threw her to the ground. The case is still pending review by the Burbank City Attorney’s office. Kennedy’s lawyers, Scott Leemon and Leonard Levine, have initiated their own investigation into the allegations. They hope to demonstrate that the lack of injuries will lead to no formal charges being filed.
