"Well, I've finally made it."

This was a stark contrast to the White House's reaction to the show's season premiere, which featured Donald Trump.

Vance's calm response was surprising, especially considering the White House's official statement from late last month. They called the show a "fourth-rate" series with "record low" popularity. However, according to Paramount, the episode actually had the best season premiere ratings since 2022.

"This show hasn't been relevant for over 20 years and is hanging on by a thread with uninspired ideas in a desperate attempt for attention."

But Vance's reaction showed he didn't take the depiction too seriously.
