John Daly had a house in Arkansas. But he loved his motorhome more. Inside the RV was a California king bed. The mattress was too big for the space. Daly did not care. He said the bed was firm and comfortable.

He slept in that RV even when he was at home. He watched TV there. He had a washer and dryer nearby. There was also a sink and closets. Daly said it had all the stuff he needed.

Daly got his first RV in 1992. He bought a bigger one in 2001. Then in 2002 he got a custom Featherlite Prevost. It was 45 feet long. It weighed about 20 tons. It was worth 1.3 million dollars. It had three TVs, a fridge, a stove, and a grill outside.

Daly did not like to fly. He drove to golf events when he could. The motorhome let him cook and relax. He did not have to pack and unpack all the time. He said the mattress in the RV matched the one at his house.

His home had other cool stuff too. He owned guitars from stars like Prince and Eddie Van Halen. He had jerseys from quarterbacks such as Dan Marino and Johnny Unitas. He said he met every player in his collection. During Masters week, he used to park near a Hooters in Augusta. He signed things for fans and sold gear. That restaurant closed in 2025. In 2026, he appeared at a new location for the tournament.
