Kamala Harris is set to deliver her concession speech today, acknowledging Donald Trump's victory in the presidential election. Traditionally, the losing candidate calls the winner to congratulate them, and Harris has done just that. Her speech will happen at Howard University, her alma mater, in Washington DC at 4 PM ET.
