Kanye West's Former Assistant Launches New Lawsuit
San Francisco, USAMon Oct 14 2024
Lauren Pisciotta, who used to work for rapper Kanye West, has filed a new lawsuit. She claims he drugged and sexually assaulted her. The original lawsuit accused West of sending unwanted sexual texts and harassing her. The new case adds more serious allegations. Pisciotta says West assaulted her in a hotel room in San Francisco. She was afraid to speak out because she feared retaliation at work. Later, she attended a studio session co-hosted by West and Sean "Diddy" Combs. She says West served drinks and told her they had to be consumed if she wanted to stay. After a few sips, she felt strange and woke up with no memory of the night. West later told her they had been intimate, but he didn't say she had been drugged. Pisciotta says she was left with severe mental health issues. She is suing West for damages related to the alleged assaults.
