Leah Remini and Angelo Pagán Keep Divorce Quiet and Quick
Los Angeles, USAThu Oct 24 2024
Leah Remini, famous for her role in "King of Queens, " and her husband of 21 years, Angelo Pagán, have made quick work of their divorce. They’ve settled the case within two months of announcing their split, and surprisingly, without any lawyers! The couple agreed to mediate their divorce, handling everything themselves. They shared a joint statement on Instagram back in August, saying they had decided to end their 28-year relationship, of which 21 were spent as a married couple. They said they had grown and changed a lot, and their roles in the relationship no longer fit them.
Remini and Pagán first met in a Los Angeles restaurant in 1996, fell in love, and got married in 2003. They have a daughter, Sofia Bella, who is now 20. Despite the divorce, they plan to stay close and spend holidays together, as they’ve been best friends for so long. Their bond has just changed, they say.
The divorce was handled smoothly, with all issues like assets, debts, and spousal support worked out confidentially. They even signed the agreement in October, just a few months after deciding to split. Isn't that quick?
