She's keen on addressing issues that disproportionately affect Black women, like higher student loan debt and health disparities. Balancing ambitious goals with a desire for bipartisanship, Blunt Rochester aims to tackle Delaware's healthcare and economic concerns. She believes in crossing the aisle to get things done, even in a deeply polarized nation. Her victory on November 5th would make her the first Black woman to represent Delaware in the Senate, but she's not stopping there. She wants to be a bridge for the next generation, not the last Black woman standing.
